Identifying the cause and providing support when defects occur

Although we thoroughly inspect every RFID tag and IC tag, there remains a possibility of defects in these electronic components due to human error or external factors such as chip damage.
When a defect occurs, we conduct in-house verification investigations such as sensitivity, Tagformance® Pro and Tagsurance® UHF tests. In some cases, we also conduct investigations using an electron microscope. We strive to determine the cause and provide the best response and solution.
