On May 30, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed for the purchase of land for the relocation of BANGLADESH NAXIS CO. LTD., witnessed by visiting Bangladesh Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus. 

This MOU outlines a basic agreement for the acquisition of 1.8 hectares of land within the Bangladesh Special Economic Zone (BSEZ) as the new site for BANGLADESH NAXIS CO. LTD. The company will establish a factory to manufacture its products, contributing to the development of Bangladesh’s garment industry. 

Moving forward, the company plans to collaborate with other businesses in BSEZ to participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives for surrounding communities.
