This online ordering system provides an environment where data can be shared with sewing factories around the world, and enables ordering of apparel auxiliary materials. All processes, from receiving orders to processing orders, creating artwork for production and confirming delivery dates, are managed centrally online, and information can be shared among all bases. By minimizing human-caused ordering errors, we aim to maximize efficiency, shorten lead times and reduce costs.
In addition, by linking with iNAP, it is possible to establish in-line production at sewing factories, reduce ordering work and realize the shortest possible lead times.

The iNAP in-line production system produces care labels and RFID stickers in sewing factories. NAXIS sells the hardware and supplies, and provides production data through GIOSYS, to build a manufacturing system for these products in sewing factories.
The ultimate in local production for consumption in a local sewing factory, this platform eliminates the need for transportation and allows care labels and RFID stickers to be prepared in the shortest time possible, resulting in significantly reduced production lead time. iNAP produces only what is needed, when it is needed, and in the amount needed, eliminating excess inventory, improving work efficiency and reducing costs.
