Security Policy

With customer success equaling our success, NAXIS Group (hereinafter “the Group”) recognizes that it is our highly important duty to provide information security in order to achieve mutual development in the global market.
Recognizing the value and importance of information assets, all employees will be committed to providing information security on a company-wide basis under the following policy in order to protect information assets of the Group against accidents, disasters, crimes and other threats, and to meet customers’ or society’s confidence in us.

Responsibility of the Management

The management will be committed to taking initiative in improving and enhancing information security in an organized and ongoing way.

Maintenance of Internal System

The Group will have an organization in place to maintain and improve information security, and will establish formal internal rules for information security measures.

Education and Training on Information Security

The Group will provide information security education to all employees to ensure information security activities so that the Group can provide proper management of information assets, recognizing that it is our important social responsibility to handle such information in an appropriate way.

Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Group will comply with laws, regulations, standards and contractual obligations relating to information security while we meet customer expectations.

Action against Violation and Accident

The Group will take prompt and appropriate action against any violation of any law or contract, or any accident related to information security, and will make efforts to prevent reoccurrence.
