All aspects of internal application development, including planning, requirement definition, implementation, maintenance, and operation. Some implementation work will be externally contracted, so this position also involves vendor selection and vendor control duties.

* Internal application development (order placement applications) => Ultra-upstream processes, upstream processes, internal proposal creation, development, maintenance, and operation
* Internal application maintenance and operation (for small-scale customers)
* Internal workflow maintenance and operation
* Personnel system deployment deliberation, planning, project promotion, maintenance, and operation
* Personnel system infrastructure environment planning, maintenance, and operation aimed at stable system operation
* Vendor and application selection, vendor control (when outsourcing internal applications)

Employees will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities based on their experience and skills.

▼ Requirements
* Experience with requirement definition, design, coding, maintenance, and operation processes of system development (any language)

▼ Preferred qualifications
* 3 or more years of experience in JAVA application development
* 1 or more years of experience in PHP application development, PHP5 Engineer Qualifying Examination Pre-Upper Level or above
* 1 or more years of experience in development using the PHP framework
* 1 or more years of experience in File Maker development
* 3 or more years of experience in database design and construction

▼ Job Description
A wide range of duties covering everything from deliberation regarding systems to be deployed in sites in Japan and abroad to the planning, installation, maintenance, and operation of these systems. This position requires the ability to direct deployment from a global perspective.

* Promotion, introduction, operation, and maintenance of group core system introduction projects
* Planning, deliberation, and introduction promotion for integration with the core system
* Personnel system deployment deliberation, planning, project promotion, maintenance, and operation

Employees will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities based on their experience and skills, such as the planning, maintenance, and operation of infrastructure environments for stable operation of the above systems.

●RFID Sales Division (Tokyo)

▼ Job Description
RFID planning, proposal, and sales

* Direct apparel sales (existing/new)
* Partner sales (existing)
* New market development (distribution, aviation, medical, automobile, manufacturing, and all other industries)

Employees will conduct interviews to identify extant and latent customer issues, deliberate with related parties to determine if there are RFID-based solutions for these issues, and propose these solutions. In addition to presentations, proposals will also take the form of active implementation of demonstrations and verification experiments. Employees will meet with not only customer personnel but also system managers, system integrators, and other IT division members. Sales activities will include specification deliberation, monetary amount coordination, and delivery time coordination. Roughly 90% of customers are in industries other than the apparel industry.

Experience in system sales, consulting sales, and/or solution sales

* Sales experience with RFID/printing-related products and/or sales experience for apparel company clients
* Experience dealing with machines/electronic components/semiconductors/systems/software

●Integrated sales (Tokyo)

〈Apparel auxiliary material planning, proposal, and sales〉

▼ Job Description
Planning, marketing, and sales of apparel auxiliary materials (labels, tags, packages, patches, etc.). Employees will be responsible for route sales to major Japanese retailers (existing customers) and new department/item acquisition sales. Specifically, employees will propose apparel auxiliary material plans to clients, meet with internal designers, and decide on specifications in collaboration with production personnel. By building stronger relationships with clients, employees will not only increase order volume, but also extend sales to new departments and new items.

▼ Requirements
* 1 or more years of experience in sales
* Interest in fashion

▼ Preferred qualifications
* Experience in apparel auxiliary material manufacturing, textile manufacturing, apparel-related trading companies, the paper industry or the printing industry
* Experience in industries whose products and sales channels are similar to our own, such as companies handling film fabric, packaging, packing materials, IC chips, electronic components, etc.
